FIVE STRANGERS FILMS LTD. was incorporated in Toronto, Canada on, November 26, 2003. The President, Secretary and Treasurer of Five Strangers Films Ltd. is Marc Morgenstern. The Corportation has served as a loan out corporation for the services of Marc Morgenstern in one or all of the following: Director, writer, producer, editor on film, television and corporate media projects. The sole purpose of the business is to create entertaining, marketable and thought provoking film and television of all kinds. Their first feature, The Vampire Conspiracy, was a dramatic thriller that pitted five unknown characters in a maze and connected them to each other through an outside event, that when discovered, they would want each other dead. The film premiered in Toronto, Canada at the Royal Cinema on October 30th, 2005 and since then negotiations are in the works for worldwide distribution by York Entertainment. The second project that Five Strangers Films had undertook, was a national 10 minute public service announcement on hand washing entitled Attack of the Mutant Germs. Four kids who belong to the elite germ eraticating team of Lab Brats discover a rogue cold germ spreading across their school. They must get to it in time else the entire school will get sick. Distributed by Ratiopharm, it is shown in schools all across the country. Currently talks are in the works for a 1/2 hour television series. In 2006 Five Strangers Films Ltd. has teamed up with Magnolia Stone Productions and is currently co-producing a weekly television series entitled “HouseCapades” starring Mike Bullard.
